This is a 55+ park. Located nicely in quiet area but easily accessible to everything. Large area of park is mobile homes but nice newer separate area for RV's with own entrance and small clubhouse with laundry although full use of all facilities and activities available to everyone is located near office. Staff is friendly and helpful. Office closed afternoons Saturdays and Sundays like most campgrounds in the Rio Grande Valley. Wi-fi available in clubhouse and is supposed to be available at sites next year although you can subscribe privately to local cable company for high speed at this time. You pay separate for electricity like most other parks here in the valley.

Passport America and Good Sam Park. Under new family ownership and management since October 2004. As noted in above review, park is close to I-10 but surprisingly there wasn't much noise. We slept with windows open and had no problem sleeping. The newer sites are long and level but narrower than older grassy sites, (around 20 feet wide). Enough room for slides and awnings, but close. All sites have cement pads, cable, wi-fi and 50 amp free. Very clean, well maintained and friendly owners. We will return

Mostly level spacious and grassy sites. All had cement patios and picnic tables. Within 30 minutes of attractions. Bathrooms and laundry older but well kept. We spent 3 months and will definitly return to park. Pool not heated but kept clean. Friendly staff

They were paving the roads the week after we left. Well maintained park with level sites. Some sites are small and some are a bit difficult to back into because of small tree locations. Nice location out of main traffic of Pigeon Forge. Sites are fairly deep but not real wide although enough room for slideouts and awnings. We will return if in area.
